We are beyond excited to invite Chef Joannès Rivière of Cuisine Wat Damnak in Cambodia for a crossroads experience this month.
Cuisine Wat Damnak brings together authentic Cambodian flavours and French culinary technique to create a cuisine true to its Cambodian roots yet wholly unique. Chef Joannès’ team reinterprets the food traditions of Cambodia’s golden age with respect and originality. In 2016, it was listed as one of Asia’s 50 best restaurants.
Chef Joannès is a dear friend and a fellow researcher. He’s one of the most inspiring chef-researchers on Southeast Asian food we know. This dinner has been a long time in the making.
