For one night only this October, we are proud to invite Luca Fantin of Il Ristorante – Luca Fantin for a 4-hands dinner at Restaurant Nouri.
Housed within Bulgari Tokyo, Il Ristorante – Luca Fantin offers a contemporary interpretation of Italian culinary traditions with Japanese influences. Fantin has worked at some of the best restaurants in the world including La Pergola in Rome, Mugaritz in Spain, and RyuGin in Tokyo. In 2014, he was named the Best Italian Chef in the World by influential Italian culinary guide Identità Golose.
Our meal with Luca Fantin will draw on Mediterranean, Japanese, and Southeast Asian food traditions.
